These are the standard yakumi ire pans that Cooks in Japan use for their mise en place. This set comes with a tray, four pans and a lid. The accompanying lid rests on top the container, making it simple to store and more durable than plastic containers. This is also a great addition to the bar as a condiment holder/dispenser.
