Use this sharpening guide to help you get used to holding your knife at a proper angle for sharpening your knife. Once you get the hang of it you can start sharpening without it. This ceramic sharpening guide wears the stone down less than stainless steel sharpening guides. Simply clip the guide along the spine of your knife and sharpen as usual.
