Description
The New Cerax 3000 is a larger version of the Suehiro New Cerax 1000/3000 combo stone’s finishing side. This stone cuts fast for its grit and develops a quick mud which aids in polishing wide bevel knives. While some fine-grit stones could be said to be almost “glassy” or “plastic-y” in use, the New Cerax line has great tactile feedback.
